What a great life is means different things to different people but I can assume that wanting to feel healthy is universal. For this post, I wanted to give some ideas to help keep your life stress free, healthy and great. Vitamins minerals and daily relaxation are vital to a life of wellness. The latter part of that list is extremely important. There is nothing that turns health south quicker than an over stressed exhausting day. I can honestly say taking it easy has increased my overall demeanor. It is great to get things done but being on the go every waking moment is not healthy.
The problem is we live in a capitalistic society where making money is directly related to survival. I wouldn’t want it any other way but with that comes way more stress out, over worked people. Taking daily nutritional supplements, taking time out each week to build muscle and relaxing every day are the quickest way to a healthier life. The time is there, people just have to sit down and block out the time for each. Write it down on a calendar if it helps.
