My husband has been working for some time to improve his appearance. He wanted to go back to the physic he had in college, a lot leaner and meaner. He spent all his time at the office and stopped playing sports. One day he was putting on a pair of pants and realized how big they were. I guess he just never noticed that I had to keep replacing his clothing with bigger sizes, than one day it hit him. That was it.

He started putting time into exercise and dieting. He decided the best way to safely lose weight was to build muscle.  He started going to the local fitness center. They put him on a mixed program with walking and biking to build up his lungs and build muscle in his legs. There was some swimming for a general body workout. He needed to lift weights and use the weight machines to build muscle, especially on his back and abs. He is actually enjoying getting out of work to workout. All the hard work is paying off. He is already down several sizes and looking healthier. I am getting the man I married back. It is nice to see him again in mind body and spirit.
