If You Plan A Trip Remember Your Nutritional Supplements |

I take nutritional supplements daily but I also try to get as many vitamins minerals and other essential nutrients as I can out of the food I consume. I use fresh whole ingredients and try to include lots of fish, fruit, vegetables and whole grains in my diet each day. However experience has taught me that it is not always possible to get all of the vitamins and minerals I need from the food I eat, especially when I am travelling. That is why I would advise any individual who is planning either a business or pleasure trip to remember to take their nutritional supplements with them. I learned about the importance of doing this the hard way when I forgot to take my nutritional supplements with me on a camping trip and I couldn’t cook with as many fresh ingredients as I do at home. Let’ s just say that by the end of that trip I’d lost my usual pep and vigor so I really wished I had remembered to bring my nutritional supplements. Existing on convenience foods for three days without your usual nutritional supplements is not good when you are used to eating well and popping vitamins.
