It's nearly fall, and I live in the desert southwest and the temperatures are still blazing hot and by the end of the day, I'm pretty much frazzled from dealing with hot cars and hot pavement. Sometimes my job requires me to be outside during the day, and when it's so hot, it really stresses me physically and mentally. I know that lavender is one of the best aromatherapy oils for relaxation and renewal, and I'm so happy about that because it's my favorite scent for skin lotions and colognes.

Since it's so hot, I'll be able to go out on my afternoon break, put a few drops of the aromatherapy oil on a cloth, and put it in my car.
