nutritional supplements, build muscle        Nutritional Supplements

This month I’ve decided to recommit myself to my fitness and work out routine, so that I can reach my goal weight by the end of the year. Even though I’ve continued to take my nutritional supplements, my workouts have been seriously lacking, which could account for my only losing 10 pounds this year. Granted, it’s better than nothing, but compared to the 90 pounds I lost last year, obviously I’m not doing the best I can do.

There’s no doubt that I can do it, but it’s going to be a question of finding my focus and making the right choices.  After all, doesn’t everything come down to choices?  In addition to really paying attention to my food choices and serving sizes, I’m going to start strength training again and build muscle.  I think I’d like to start running. I’ve never been much of a runner, but I think it’s worth a try. Most of the 90 pounds I lost, I sweated off on the elliptical. I’ve also noticed that my body doesn’t react the same way to the elliptical as it did in the beginning, so that means tossing other exercises into the mix but I'll stay with the nutritional supplements. I believe they really helped. My goal is in sight. Time to reach it!
