vitamins mineralsI have this really bad habit come the month of December: not a creature was stirring not even a mouse…and Mike (that’s me) didn’t take his vitamins minerals in his mouth. That funny poem is the reality of my Xmas realizations: I always forget my workout routines and to take my vitamins minerals as I get enveloped in the holiday spirit, the shopping and, of course, the festivities and the family time. This year, however, I have striven to great strides to assure that I don’t tarry when it comes time to take my vitamins minerals each day. I have even left reminder notes on my cell phone, and I have also set my organizer tools on my PC to let me know when the time has come to take my vitamins minerals every day. Hopefully, this time around, I can avoid getting a nasty cold, which has happened over the past several years in a row. Instead, I can enjoy being in optimal health and really enjoying the rare time that I get off from work and, of course, spending it with my loving friends and family.
