The Right Dressing Makes Vitamins Minerals So Good |

Obviously leafy greens are one of the best sources of vitamins minerals. I turn to nutritional supplements for some of my vitamins but salad is easy enough for me to make and eat many times a week. One of the hardest things about having a healthy lifestyle is planning the meals. I took a nutrition class years back and it takes some serious time to crunch nutrition numbers to make sure nothing is taken in excess and all the vitamins minerals are accounted for.
I just assume a leafy green salad is healthy. With the right dressing, it becomes a pretty delicious meal. I just found this fat free sesame ginger, vinegar based dressing and it really gives something extra to plain green leaves. I am someone who could never go on a hardcore diet because there are too many great tasting foods out there. That being said, with all the vitamins minerals in a salad, adding the right dressing really makes it a healthy meal choice. I love this source of nutrition because it is so affordable. There are great deals on nutritional supplements online but shopping for healthy foods can be expensive which is why I love simple salad with good dressing.
