Muscle Milk Bars, 8 bars
I have been thinking about what I want to make my New Year’s resolution. Honestly, the past few years I never really set a goal at midnight of December 31st that I stuck to. This year is going to be different. It is the start of a new decade and I want to do it right. Over the past year, my metabolism really slowed down and all those late night meals and beers on football night have added up. So I want to get back in younger me shape.
Last weekend we threw a holiday party. About halfway through my girlfriend found a picture of me shirtless from junior year of college in my room. This was only about three years ago. She brought it out smiling and showed it to me. It was really weird. My shoulder blades were sticking out, chest slim and arms more defined. I was really skinny. To put it in perspective in that picture I was 175 pounds and now I sit at a cool 200 pounds. For my size, I was too skinny back then. My girlfriend said I look better with more weight.
I agree but I don’t agree with how pudgy my stomach has gotten. Really motivated to make a difference with my body I have begun looking around the web for bodybuilding supplements. Nothing extreme just nutritional supplements high in protein and energy boosters. After looking around Fit Electronic at http://www.fitelectronic.com/, I found what looks like a great starting place. I prefer bodybuilding supplements in the form of shake powder, a drink or small protein bar. The Muscle Milk Bars, 8 bars shown in the picture above has some serious vitamins minerals. Here is what the Fit Electronic product description says:
