Build Muscle While Working on the Computer |

I don’t always have the ability to make it to a gym to build muscle. That being said there are plenty of exercises I have found to work great in the confines of a small apartment. Along with a boost of nutritional supplements, using some open floor space while music is playing are my favorite tools for a quick build muscle routine. In between doing work online, I take a second to do ten pushups and then get back to work. After getting a little bit more done on the computer, I jump back down and do ten leg lifts. The routine continues with bicycle sit ups and then restarts until three reps of each are done. It’s not a heavy work out but keeps the blood moving in the midst of non calorie burning computer work.
I was watching an old episode of MTV’s Teen Cribs and saw an invention some engineer had created for his computer station. Underneath the desk was a cycle, which powered a battery for some small electronics around the desk after being pedaled. It was the ultimate way to build muscle while working at a desk. Someday I want to recreate such a workstation. How cool would that be? Making money and getting in shape at the same time. It’s a win win.
