I will start working, eat, run errands, read and by the time everything is said and done it is nighttime and the only thing I want to do is relax. Start taking a look at your diet and cutting out all of the stuff you don’t need.

 From a build muscle standpoint that would mean a majority of things I eat. I like bad food to much so I try to limit it and fight it with exercise. This technique will never have my body rock hard but I can stay in shape. Doing sit-ups and all of the different variations of crunches can be done anywhere. Try to clear some time a few times a week to build muscle. Nutritional supplements can help too.
