It's A Build Muscle Shocker! |

If you go online and take a look around, you will find a new movement created by people looking to build muscle with a vegetarian diet. Like a lot of people, I had been under the impression that for us to really build muscle we had to take our nutritional supplements and eat a lot of meat, chicken, eggs and milk. In fact, you could sometimes catch me in the gym with a dumbbell in one hand and a meat stick in the other and I don’t have to tell you which one tasted better. I would spend over an hour in the gym enjoying all the feel good hormones my body could produce and then come home frantically looking for a steak or some eggs. Then one day, this bodybuilder came into my gym showing a body that probably had just walked off some build muscle magazine. I mean, the guy was ripped and very muscular and for some reason, to me, he looked very healthy. Since I am always interested in trying to get better in anything I do, I approached him only to get the shock of my build muscle life: he was vegetarian! I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing, here I had been trying to munch on as many juicy and buttery steaks as I could and here is this guy eating carrot sticks and showing a body that was better sculpted than many of the body builders I had seen. The guy was so nice though, he took some time from his workout to explain to me his diet and man did I ever learn so much. He told me, that anyone can build muscle with a vegetarian diet as long as they eat enough legumes—beans and nuts—and grains, because combining them produces a complete protein.
When I got home, I deiced to get online and see if could find some vegetarian products that could help me build muscle while at the same time improve my diet. While doing my search I remember he mentioned that lentils were one of his build muscle secret because it is a food that is very high in protein. So I decided to see if I could find some lentils online and I was able to do even better. When I got to Fit Electronic located at www.fitelectronic.com, I started to peruse all the health products they offered when I noticed that they had a natural foods section where I was able to find the ORGANIC LENTILS - GREEN - 1 lb. I thought that this was pretty good, because the guy also mentioned that to build muscle your body needs to be in good health and therefore he eats as much organic foods as he can. One thing I really loved about the ORGANIC LENTILS - GREEN - 1 lb is that, as you can read on the product description, they can be used in casseroles, soups and salads and to me that spells variety and I think there is nothing better than eating a succulent dish that hits your taste buds just right while helping you build muscle at the same time. Ultimately, I am really glad that guy went into my gym that day, because I now have new perspective on how to build muscle in a healthier and tastier context. However, I still plan to eat my juicy and buttery steaks—can’t live without them—just not so often.
