My Sister In Law Takes Vitamin E Nutritional Supplements |

I had a conversation with my husband’s sister Luanne about nutritional supplements recently. She told me that one of the nutritional supplements she takes on a daily basis is vitamin E. I take vitamin E too, but it comes in my multivitamin and I do not take the separate nutritional supplements. After taking a close look at my sister in law’s skin I am wondering if I should buy some separate vitamin E nutritional supplements too. When Luanne told me that she took vitamin E I felt her arm to see how soft it was. I have heard that vitamin E it is good or the skin and wanted to see how true that is. When I felt her skin I noticed that it is actually extremely soft considering she is nearing the age of fifty-one. I’ve also noticed that Luanne looks a fair bit younger than she is. Clinical research indicates that the regular ingestion of vitamin E nutritional supplements slows down the aging process of the skin. This could account for the fact that Luanne does not look her age, although to be quite honest I also think good genes may have something to do with it because all of the people in my husband’s family look younger than they are. One thing is for sure, if Luanne’s skin is anything to go by I should definitely go ahead and buy myself some vitamin E nutritional supplements.
