Waking Up with Build Muscle Exercises |

I have trouble waking up early. It’s the first hour right after wiping the sleep out of my eye that I always debate whether or not I should go back to bed. I was talking to a friend, Jo about how he wakes up at 5:30 am a few times a week before work. Jo said he, “started a new routine of either waking up really early and going surfing for a couple hours before coming to the office or if crunched for time going to his apartment’s gym to build muscle.” Never tried surfing and couldn’t see myself fighting traffic to get to the ocean so I figured the build muscle wake up routine was worth a try.
The next morning I got up at 8 am. Forced myself out of bed, threw on some basketball shorts and a tee and headed to the gym. It was a struggle at first. But after a couple reps, the blood started to flow and I actually wasn’t tired anymore. It was super peaceful with no one else working out. What really washed the sleep out of the eyes was running. Lumbering back and forth on a treadmill really loosens up the whole body. Sleeping was the last thing on my mind after the early morning build muscle workout. I was actually more refreshed then I’d been for weeks after showering, eating a breakfast of vitamins minerals and eggs and going to work.
