build muscle, bodybuilding supplementsIs it worth using creatine, vitamins, mineral and bodybuilding supplements in order to build muscle? Many factors influence the answer to that question. First of all there is no point in taking products that help build muscle unless you actually workout regularly. All the bodybuilding supplements in the world will not help you build muscle if you sit on your backside all day. Furthermore you must determine whether or not you actually want to build muscle or not. Personally I am a naturally muscular woman and I do regular resistance work to keep my muscles toned. However I do not actually want to build muscle because my muscles are already big enough and I do not wish to look unfeminine.
If I were a naturally slim male I think that I probably would want to use creatine and bodybuilding supplements in order to build muscle. I know that in our modern society brains are more important than brawn when it comes to achieving success. However I think there is something in the primeval part of a woman’s brain that makes her continue to find muscular men more sexually attractive than their skinny counterparts. The truth is that if our computers and technological devices were to stop working tomorrow then physical strength would become essential again and the women and children with the most muscular husbands and fathers would be more likely to survive. Perhaps this is why we women still find fit hunky men attractive.
