If you are hitting the gym on a regular basis to build muscle then congratulations. You are much better off than the people who take health and fitness for granted. But if you are unhappy with the results you have been seeing then it is time to take a step back to see where most of your build muscle energy is going. If you are stuck on the same list of exercises you can count on your fingers then you have most likely found your problem. Some of the strongest people out there are those who have a labor intensive jobs of lifting, pulling and moving.

The reason these people have so much strength is that they are using all of their muscles, all the time. They are not hitting the gym and bench pressing or doing leg lifts instead they are unconsciously exhausting muscles most people didn’t even know they had.

Take a minute to think about that. If you are stuck in the same build muscle routine it is time to start picking up a sport or hobby that uses your whole body. The results will follow.
