vitamins minerals, build muscle<--English muffins have less carbs then bagels

One of the hardest habits for people to break is eating fast food. On any given week, time could be running short or energy low so people turn to fast food. I do it all the time. You can’t beat the price, nothing is faster and it tastes pretty good. If you are working on getting in shape then vitamins minerals and fast food once in a while can be part of your diet. Breakfast can be a great time to eat high protein foods or it can be a greasy plate. Instead of eating bagels, start substituting them for English muffins. Stay away from croissants because they are high in trans fat from the butter. I’m not a coffee drinker so have naturally adopted tea as a substitute. Tea will not pump you up on caffeine and drop you. Many teas have vitamins minerals and antioxidants too.

Stick to fast foods that sound healthy. Salads, breakfast sandwiches without bacon or sausage, chicken wraps, chicken strips and thin crust pizza. Hit the gym and build muscle at least three times a week.
