nutritional supplements, vitamins minerals I didn’t go trick or treating on Saturday being way to old but I still plan to get my candy fix. This week is the cheapest time to buy candy. All stores need to liquate their Halloween candy inventory and I am happy to oblige. In the spirit of staying healthy, I am turning to nutritional supplements to cancel out all that sugary stuff in candy. That is at least how I’m justifying feeding my sweet tooth.

There has got to be millions of kids out there still woozy from this weekend’s sugar overdose so I’m sure parents the country over are working hard to incorporate more vitamins minerals into the their daily meals. This is how it always went down in our house. After eating poorly, my mom would go double time on the greens to amp up our vitamins minerals intake. It’s not the best way to stay healthy and sort of like smoking a cigarette before running but it has to count for something. Nutritional supplements are the easiest for me not being the best cook. Dropping a pill down the hatch is much easier the steaming veggies.
