nutritional supplementsI just read another contributors post about nutritional supplements being good for travelling and I think that they make a very valid point. Nutritional supplements are essential for travelling, and this is something that I found out the hard way. Last summer I went on a camping trip and I forgot to pack my nutritional supplements. After the first day or so I really wished I had not forgotten my nutritional supplements because I lacked energy and felt really sluggish. The fact that we did not have much with us by way of fruits and vegetables only compounded the problem.  What’s more the foods one tends to buy at service stations on the road can’t exactly be described as nutritious. I take nutritional supplements every day so I do not usually notice that they have a beneficial impact on my wellbeing.  I only ever notice how good they make me feel when I actually forget to take them. That is why I am now extra vigilant about remembering to pack my nutritional supplements whenever I am organizing a trip somewhere.
