bodybuilding supplements, creatine

Bodybuilding supplements have always been something that I never took much interest in. I did take a lot of vitamins and minerals to keep my body healthy, but really stayed away from the bodybuilding supplements. A few of my friends spend hundreds of dollars each month on the various bodybuilding supplements they buy and have always tried to get me to start. I just never had the money to buy the bodybuilding supplements, nor did I really want to start.

I knew that if I began to get into bodybuilding supplements it would be all consuming and I would waste all my money on them. One day, after finishing a rather hard workout, a friend of mine let me borrow one of his water bottles. He already had them full of water so I started drinking from it. It has a fruit punch taste so I asked him what was in it. He said he had mixed some Creatine in it before leaving his house. Great, bodybuilding supplements in my water! I did like the taste and I even felt pretty good later that day. Not the usual tiredness after a hard workout like that.

That night, after I finished up some work on my computer, I started looking for some information on bodybuilding supplements. It seems that there are really only a few that a person needs in order to build consistent muscle. The first was Creatine which I had already had a little experience with. The other bodybuilding supplements that was necessary was a weight gainer. This is not really a weight gainer, but a protein powder that builds muscle by flooding your body with more protein. Once I had this information on bodybuilding supplements, I decided to give it a try. I called my friend who has the water bottle with Creatine in it and asked where he got his bodybuilding supplements. He told me to go to Fit Electronic at www.fitelectronic.com. I found some of the Creatine very fast, but spent some time with the weight gainers. There was a lot of them.

I did some more research into what was needed in to make these bodybuilding supplements more effective and saw that one of the products, Real Gains, 6.85 lbs, was very highly rated. Fit Electronic had that particular protein powder so I ordered that too. Now, I have two bodybuilding supplements that I take regularly. I don't need to have several at a time and don't really spend that much money on them. My workouts are much better now and I have even added 10 pounds of new muscle!
