Recuperation Helps To Build Muscle More Than Exercising |

My husband was frustrated because it took so long to figure out why he couldn't build muscle like some of the other people he was working out with. It would seem that no matter what, they were getting larger every month. They could build muscle even when they took a week off! He was "busting his butt" in the gym everyday, working out for hours on end, and couldn't gain any type of muscle. In fact, he said he even got weaker. The weights he was using for a lot of lifts were going down not up! He started thinking that it was useless to try and build muscle. He just could not do it.
Then he told me one of his friends sat him down one day and had a big heart to heart. Apparently it wasn't so much a heart to heart as it was a one sided conversation. They walked over to the coffee shop next to the gym after a long workout. It seems my husband had had a three hour workout, his friend had a 40 minute workout. Anyway, he agreed to talk and meet across the street when he was finished. When he walked over to the coffee shop his friend laid it all out on the table. He said straight out, "You will never build muscle working out like that." and went on to say, "Recuperation is much more important to build muscle than the actual working out. Get in the gym and get out!" That was pretty hard for my husband to take.
He couldn't believe that would work. However, he let the friend write up a shorter (much shorter) workout routine and gave him a website address. He said that if he went to Fit Electronic, which is at www.fitelectronic.com, and bought some recovery supplements, and follow the routine strictly, he would begin to build muscle. As soon as he came home he went to his laptop to visit Fit Electronic and ordered the Xpand, 240 Caps that his friend suggested.
He also started to follow the program. Now he was in and out of the gym in less than an hour, took recovery supplements, and got more rest. In just three weeks he was able to build more muscle than in the previous five years! He now builds muscle instead of just tear them down. When someone, who he has known for awhile, asked how he started to build muscle after so much time, he just smiles and says, "I rest a lot more than I use to." I'm so proud of him and he's looking better every day. |
