nutritional supplements, vitamins mineralsI just got my lab work back from my last physical and my doctor recommended that I start taking nutritional supplements to improve the effectiveness of my workouts. He said that I was a tiny bit anemic and by getting nutritional supplements in my diet, I wouldn't have to worry so much about eating right every day. He's big on nutrition and fitness and suggested that I increase my workouts to build muscle and bone strength. I didn't know it, but I guess when working out, the body uses more nutrients than when it's not stressed by sitting around.

I don't have a problem taking nutritional supplements at all. In fact, the first thing I did after I heard the lab work results was hop online to find this Vita X for my daily nutritional needs. It's loaded with all kinds of vitamins and minerals that will keep me in good health while I increase my workout program. I'm looking forward to getting started on it, too. I want to have more energy and I know being anemic makes me feel tired. I have to work all day so I can't nap so the sooner I start the Vita X, the happier I'm going to be.

Of all the nutritional supplements I looked at, this one has the widest mix of ingredients, including salmon oil, turmeric, calcium, iron, kelp, and all the macro and micro vitamins minerals I need. I'm excited about getting my energy back and this is the time of year to get out exercising by walking and cycling, my favorite activities. I had a friend who was anemic for years, and I always wondered why she would need so much sleep and take naps during the day. I'm not that bad off, but I could be if I didn't start taking some kinds of nutritional supplements that contain iron. Fortunately, this one does.

Anemia is a low red blood cell count and red blood cells carry oxygen, so it's no wonder I've been dragging my feet a little late. I was blaming it on the hot weather this summer, and so I'm relieved to learn that by taking nutritional supplements, I'll be getting my energy back. Being healthy is my number one personal goal and if the supplements help, then I'm more than happy to take them. I'm still going to try to eat as healthy as I can, but in lieu of adhering to a strict diet every day, these supplements will give the option of slack off every once in a while and at the same time, have a healthy life.
