Garmin Colorado 400i Portable Navigator
What I have found to be the most helpful rules to follow when trying to keep a consistent build muscle routine is to always have music involved and to stay active in different environments. Keeping things fresh keeps my body more inclined to want to build muscle. I have always been someone who enjoys taking a nice jog to break a sweat. Getting off the gym’s treadmill and onto neighborhood streets or nearby trails makes running way easier for me. There is something about changing scenery that lends a hand to running farther. Running for 9 minutes on a treadmill can seem like an eternity but when I’m outside, enjoying the fresh air and in the case of this time of the year, festive Halloween decorated homes, I can go for miles.
I think it would be really cool to get one of those portable GPS units to take out on a more intense nature jog for the sake of running off the beaten path but still having an idea of how to get back. I was over at a friend’s house the other day who was browsing online stores for nothing really. He just loves to see what products are out there and how much they cost. All of his virtual window shopping has made him an animal when it comes to playing along with the Price is Right on TV. I think it is one of his dreams to someday be a contestant on that show. Judging from how good he is when barking prices at the TV screen, I bet he could come home a big winner if he ever had the opportunity.
Anyway, on this day after looking over his shoulder I saw just that perfect piece of build muscle equipment for jogging down unknown trails, the Garmin Colorado 400i Portable Navigator. Attached below is a build muscle video that looks at a similar Garmin Colorado. It is not exactly the same as the one I saw on Fit Electronic at http://www.fitelectronic.com/ but it gives a clearer idea for what these build muscle GPS units do.
For 503.61 dollars this unit looks like the ultimate toy for a outdoor enthusiast or build muscle jogger. It is definitely going on my holiday wish list. Reading the product description really got me excited about what is possible today for the 21st century vitamins minerals conscious jogger like myself, the Colorado 400i comes with high-sensitivity receiver, barometric altimeter, electronic compass, SD card slot, color display, picture viewer and more. Even exchange tracks, waypoints, routes and geocaches wirelessly between similar units.
