Halloween Treats Call for Build Muscle Routines |

This morning I was shocked to find out some vitamins minerals facts about how hard it can be to burn off the simplest Halloween treats. I was watching something like Good Morning America, whatever the show is with Kathy Lee and they had a segment headed by a women from a fitness magazine who had brought random Halloween treats like pumpkin bread, apple pie, a caramel apple and bite size Halloween candy to the show. She asked how many calories were in one small candy bar. It was something like 350 calories but how long it would take to burn off those calories was pretty shocking. She said a person would have to play golf without a cart for an hour for that one tiny candy bar.
This makes me wonder how many hours it is going to take in the gym to burn off all the day after candy I love to eat. What other time of the year are bags of candy so cheap? Giving into my sweet tooth will happen so I guess a lot of build muscle routines are on the horizon. It is hard to hear how many calories and time it can take to burn them off small sugary treats but who can resist? Halloween isn’t about vitamins minerals and build muscle routines but the weeks after will be for me.
