aromatherapy oilThere are so many different and really great aromatherapy oils out there that all have their great usages. From lavender – which I find to be very relaxing and soothing, and great for massages, especially when your are sick and stuffed up – to peppermint aromatherapy oils, which have this distinct mint smell to them. But I would have to say that if there was one aromatherapy oil in particular that I use the most often, it’s hands down Tea Tree Oil. I like to use this aromatherapy oil for a wide variety of usages. I was stung by some ants outside the other day, for example, and the anti-viral and antibacterial properties of this aromatherapy oil not only helped to disinfect the sting, but also quelled the itching. I also use this aromatherapy oil on my face to combat blemishes and acne. My favorite is adding some to my shampoo to help defeat dandruff and dry scalp. And I can also burn this aromatherapy oil for a pleasant aroma in my home. It's so multipurpose, that I always make sure to order some online when I am running low, I just can't do without it!
