Before the class gets underway the warm up includes punching and walking. Big core movements work the shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and abdominals. Then the class gets going with straight punches, uppercuts and hooks. Lower body work comes from walking lunges, high knees raises and butt kicks. Lots of work to build muscle is done with a stability ball. Kickboxing is an effective, dynamic workout!
