Food nutritional supplements include broccoli, raw cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, green vegetables, squash, sunflower seeds and watercress. Fresh carrot juice can help prevent or alleviate some eye problems. Two tablespoons of cod liver oil daily can also be helpful.
