Trying to Build Muscle After Pregnancies |

I have had four children, and although I was starting to get back to my normal body weight and rebuild my stomach muscles after the first one, they've gone downhill since. I love to exercise, so I would think that it would be easy for me to build muscle after having the kids and trying to get back into shape. Unfortunately, it hasn't gone as quickly as I'd like it to! I still have a couple of flabby spots and the muscle just hasn't finished toning up, yet. Since I've started taking nutritional supplements, I've seen my energy levels kick back up a bit. This gives me a renewed desire to get back to my exercises and quit feeling sorry for myself. As I continue to exercise, ride my bike, and walk in the evenings, I see that I continue to build muscle back up where it was lacking before. I get more vitamins minerals when I eat more fresh foods and fewer sugary foods, and I gain more ground in reaching my ultimate goal of being back into pre-pregnancy shape!
