Are you bored with your current workout regimen? Are you experiencing some burnout and thinking of skipping a day or two? You might be looking for something new to build muscle and increase your metabolism. How does a Hip Hop workout sound to you? 

As a Fitness Instructor I too get bored at times with the classes I teach. In an effort to keep things new for myself and my students I have looked into the Hip Hop workout craze. It is an intense workout that will build muscle and burn 300-500 calories per class. It begins with a big movement warm-up, stretches and then some dynamic dance moves. I like to teach the same moves over and over so the student memorize them. Then I will incorporate something new to keep them guessing both mentally and physically! 

My students love the Hip Hop dance workout. Many have said they build muscle quickly and are able to maintain the results with this class. It looks like I may be adding another time slot for this class because the participation has gotten so large!
