Build Muscle by attending Regular Classes |

This morning I am preparing to teach two classes that build muscle at a local gym. One is a Muscle Conditioning Class called Athletic Drills that lasts one hour. It is followed by a half hour class called Core and More. I have pretty much got this down to a science after having taught fitness instruction for so long!
I usually arrive at the gym 15 minutes before class time. I like to get my workout station ready so the students can walk in and see what we are using that day and get their stations ready as well! My students love to build muscle! They like me to come up with something new and challenging every class. It keeps the students and their muscles guessing!
I also like to build muscle, hence my choice of advocation! I have worked out for as long as I can remember and I plan to do so as my body ages. I decided long ago to make the time I spent at the gym profitable to my body as well as my pocketbook! |
