After a long, hard day at work, it is so nice to come home to a nice, quiet home and relax.  However, sometimes that just isn't possible.  You walk in the door, the phone rings, the cat cries until he is fed, the garbage needs to go out due to a slightly bad odor in the kitchen...and your feet are killing you.  It is amazing what stress can do to you, and finding a way to de-stress is something everyone longs for.
