build muscle, nutritional supplementI have been itching to take a break from the hustle of urban life and get out into nature. I don’t care what anyone says, there is nowhere more peaceful then a desolate piece of land surrounded by forested hills, glass like lakes and a variety of furry creatures. A place like this is the only time I feel comfortable not having any of the modern conveniences technology has afforded us. The woods create a perfect landscape to build muscle in what seems like little to no effort. Not many people go camping to build muscle but that is what happens after a long hike or foraging through the brush.

I started talking to a friend who enjoys camping and hiking as well. Tentatively, we are planning a road trip into the Cascade mountain range up in the Pacific Northwest for at least a weekend of outdoor excitement. Along with tents, sleeping bags and coolers of beer will be nutritional supplements, GPS similar to the Garmin Colorado 400c Portable Navigator I found within Fit Electronic at http://www.fitelectronic.com/ and a mess of food for the BBQ and campfire. On paper, it will not be an expensive trip. The only real cost is gas to get up there and a few nutritional supplement online purchases to make the trip more comfortable.

A retailer like Fit Electronic would not sell portable GPS units if their wasn’t a build muscle advantage to them. Outdoor activities are my favorite way to build muscle. A gym works great but I’m constantly watching the clock and at no point do I stay in such a place for more then an hour and a half. I could spend an entire day hiking. It’s because of the changing scenery, chance of spotting animals and the fresh air.

The weather is starting to warm up as the smell of bloom wafts through the air. In a couple of months, the Pacific Northwest becomes nothing short of beautiful. There is less chance of rain, everything is green from prior showers and the air is pure. All of the prefect ingredients to have a great time outside, take a break and build muscle. Barring any car problems from now until the end of May, it looks like getting to the forest is on the horizon. Man I cannot wait for this one.  Fit Electronic is really helping me prepare my body for such an event. Wouldn’t want to be out of breath halfway up a mountain trail.
