 There are various methods to build muscle. we all have heard of the use of steroids taken in massive does to quickly build muscle but I feel there is also sufficient evidence this method of building muscle has very negative psychological and physical effects over time. Avoid the "roid rage" that happens to so many who use the massive dose's of steroids and instead try a exercise regime combined with eating as many all natural foods as possible. Avoid highly refined or processed foods as these are poison to the human body. Combine a sensible exercise plan, healthy food diet with all natural vitamins minerals of the highest quality and you will build muscle in a much more natural and healthy way. Plus in addition to becoming stronger physically you will reach a new level of complete body health. I think of it this way when it come to the proper foods to eat-if the food is in its natural state then eat it. If the foods are from a box containing a long list of additives then avoid this food.
