Rooibos Tea a Great Tasting Nutritional Supplement |

Last week I tried my first cup of rooibos tea and I"m hooked. I had ordered the tea online and after it came, I brewed up a pot. Upon sampling it, I was hooked. It has a rich flavor and yet very mild on the tongue, so I'm stocking up for the summer with this tea. We drink a lot of iced tea all summer and both green tea and rooibos tea are considered nutritional supplements as well. It's well known now that tea is a powerful antioxidant, and the rooibos tea is easier on the system than a lot of other liquids especially carbonated beverages.
We are big on nutritional supplements at our house and when we find the ones like this tea, we stock up on them. I did a little research on the rooibos tea and learned that we can even use this as a marinade for meat. I'm going to brew up some really strong tea using these leaves to see how it changes the flavor of chicken or a pork roast. We use other nutritional supplements like prickly pear juice as marinades, so why not tea? This is also a very affordable product. It's called Rooibos Tea Green (Organic), and it's a little different from the rest of the rooibos tea in that it is not fermented. It has a slightly different taste than the fermented rooibos, and I'm willing to try that, too.
I ordered the tea at Fit Electronic at http://www.fitelectronic.com/, a site that has a lot of nutritional supplements and vitamins minerals that help us live our best. Before I ordered it from Fit Electronics, I had seen the rooibos tea in the grocery store, but didn't know anything about it, so I looked it up online when I got home and learned how good it is for us. From now on, I'm stocking the pantry with food that doubles as nutritional supplements and with Internet sites like this, it is remarkably easy.
When we were kids, we had a whole set of encyclopedias and when we didn't know about something, we'd look it up in the books. Now we can connect virtually anywhere in the world and find things to buy that we have never heard of before or hope to find locally. It's so amazing to learn about things that are used around the world or in tiny corners of the world that can benefit us. I'll keep ordering our nutritional supplements online and always have my ear to the street (or in my case the DSL line), for new, delicious food to add to the family's diet that will make us feel great.
