Build Muscle with an Aerobic Workout |

I have found that there is no better way to build muscle and lose inches than with an aerobic workout! I am not afraid to break a sweat, raise my heart rate and feel "the burn." In fact, I look forward to all of that and the consequent results of a fit body and mind.
I like an aerobic workout that includes cardio and muscle conditioning exercises. My gym offers classes that start with a warm up and then move into a cardio segment. Then the class works with hand weights, barbels, balls or tubes to do exercises that build muscle. The equipment changes but the goal is always to build muscle. These activities last about forty minutes. The last twenty minutes of class includes floor routines to build muscle in the buttox, inner thigh and abdomen areas. The final segment is a well earned stretch.
I attend an aerobic workout a minimum of three days a week. The effort sure has been worthwhile as I have been able to loose inches and build muscle. My loose fitting clothes will attest to that!
