nutritional supplement, build muscle After getting a taste of what it is like to have a real gym membership I now understand why it can be worth it to add another monthly expense for staying in shape. A friend signed up at a local gym stocked with build muscle equipment. Along with all the fitness machines, there are a lot of free classes on any given day. From yoga, education on nutritional supplements to kick boxing and cycling classes. I have heard the cycling classes really test a person’s shape. There are plenty of people out there who look fit but have no endurance. Until my metabolism slowed down, I was one of these people.

I have better endurance now then a couple years ago when I weighed 20 pounds less from running, nutritional supplements and cycling. Never been to one of those classes but hitting the street and pedaling for an hour is an intense workout. The difference between the street and a cycling class is gears, hills and all the people around. Whenever I get tired on the street, shifting to low a gear, coasting down  hill and stopping for something to drink makes life easy. When everyone is going for it in a build muscle class none of this possible. Got to try it one of these days.
