It’s really quite amazing to me, how the world of nutritional supplements has changed since the rise of the internet. When I turned 17 years old I got a 110 pound weight set for my birthday present. I was inspired by a bodybuilder called Steve Reeves. He became known to me and all my friends through his performance as Hercules in the 1957 movie of the same name.
