build muscle

There are several locations one can choose to camp at while spending a weekend at the Imperial Sand Dunes in California. Most recently we stayed with friends at a spot called "Buttercup." This is a mellow location that is family friendly. A great place for young children to learn the ins and outs of riding quads. These sand dunes are small and user friendly. Our friend's four year old son rode the dunes on his little quad like a champion. It's pretty amazing!

There is a hill where we build muscle at the Buttercup location and it is called "The Wall." It is here that three of us gals get our exercise and build muscle while camping. Every morning our group rides out to "The Wall." We hop off the quads or out of the sand rails and begin to climb and build muscle. After a minimum of four times up and down we consider doing another round. By then we are quite breathless and have done a great service to our bodies. We like the fact that we can still build muslce and camp at the same time. It is a beautiful thing!
