build muscle, nutritional supplement The weather in Southern California for about a week now has been something people would expect to see in the summer. At a consistent 80-85 degrees, I’m looking for ways to build muscle outdoors. It is hard to get anything done inside when it is so beautiful outside. March has been the month to mark the beginning of air conditioner usage again. On Sunday, I played beach volleyball for about an hour and felt the effects for days afterward. There is nothing like a running around in the sand, jumping and diving to work all those muscles missed in the gym. Everything seems brighter when the sun is shining.

What has been tough with these fantastic afternoons is getting work done. Sitting in an office, working away on a computer while the allure of the day leaks through the window makes focus tough. There are so many ways to build muscle outdoors, my favorite being tennis, basketball, hiking and biking. This is also the time of the year to really get into nutritional supplements. More energy, staying healthy and exercise is all easier with vitamins.
