Try Not to Build Muscle When Moving |

Professional movers and GRIPs on a film set have got to be the most in shape people on the planet. Bending, lifting, placing random furniture, heavy items and awkward pieces is so much work. It has been about a year and a half since I last moved and in between that time I helped one friend move. I forgot how sore a day of lugging a life’s worth of possessions up and down stairs can be. Luckily I have the keys to the new place a little bit before I have to be out of the old so I don’t need to do it all in one big sweaty move. Between work and moving, I haven’t had time for much anything else including the gym. How I see it, moving is a great build muscle activity. It works the entire body and there is a nice variety of weight lifting.
A person would have no choice but to build muscle if moving stuff was part of the job description. It would be sort of a nice job to have because every day there is a definite start and finish. A person like that could not forget about their vitamins minerals.
